A Speaker Guide for Event Organizers and Planners
Estimate capacity before claiming ROI
Planning an AI event? Use this resource to shape your speaker brief or follow-up; it does not certify a speaker or predict event outcomes.
Model the labor capacity a workflow might release after preparation, review and correction. Inputs remain in your browser and are not submitted.
Illustrative defaults are not a benchmark. Replace them with your own observations. This does not establish cash savings, revenue or a business case.
How the estimate works
Monthly hours = tasks × (baseline minutes − preparation minutes − review and correction minutes) ÷ 60. Modeled capacity value = hours × loaded hourly cost. The final modeled amount subtracts monthly tool cost.
A negative result means the assumed workflow consumes more time or costs more than the modeled capacity value. Released capacity becomes cash savings only if actual spending changes. Quality, demand, implementation, training, integration, supervision, exceptions and risk costs are not included in this simplified model.
Before making a spending decision
Run a conservative scenario with slower review and fewer tasks. Compare against actual observations, include omitted costs separately and ask whether the released time can be used productively. Do not convert modeled capacity into claimed earned revenue.
